Had a shut off notice for the 4th for $268.05. No problem, life happens when working on a budget. Paid $100 on the 24th dropping my amount to $168.05. A day later, an unexpected bill came put early, returning the $100 payment since they take 4 to 5 days to process over the weekends. I call and notify them. They said no problem, as long as the $268.05 is paid by the 4th. On the 31st, I paid $270. Today, the 12, my power was shut off. They are saying I need to pay the $100 that was returned. Why? That makes no sense. I paid over the initial shut off notice in time. So why does this extra $100 need to be paid? My shut off notice wasn't $368.05, it was $268.05. The rep on the phone admitted to seeing all the notes. She said she saw where I spoke to the first rep and the first rep explaining everything to me. But for some reason she told me wrong. But the new rep from today couldnt explain to me why or how the first rep explained it wrong! Still no power. Won't let me talk to a supervisor. Trying to get extra money from me without a purpose.
