I made an appointment for a wed between 1-3, at 23...

I made an appointment for a wed between 1-3, at 230 I called them to see if they were on the way. After 15 minutes of the operator trying to reach the manager I was told that there was an error with the system. Apparently they gave the appointment to a tech that was on vacation. They apologized that they wasted my time and said the manager would call me that evening and they set another appointment for the following day between 1-3. I never got a phone call from the manager. And at 230 on Thursday I called to make sure they were coming. The operator said they didn t have me scheduled so I explained the situation to her. She tried reaching the manager and who told her to tell me hat they would have someone there by 3pm. At 4 o clock I called them back to ask when I can expect a refund on my credit card because they charged two days before the appointment. I was told the technician was told to come to my house between 3-5 and wanted to know if if could still come at 5 pm. I told him no bc I m dealing with pest control while I m trying to cook dinner. He promised that someone would be there Friday at 1pm. I m upset that I had to work my schedule around them, however I am more upset that I had to reach out to them on every occasion no one reached out to me when they were running late or when it was scheduled for someone who wasn t even there..... very disappointed wish there was a option for no stars.
