I had just finished my A-Level course in science in TARUC main campus in KL last year. As for me, it was an indelible and wonderful experience to study in TARUC. Through the course content, we gained great deal of knowledge and training on critical thinking. There, I met my fellow dear friends and teachers.Not only the teachers in TARUC are experienced and dedicated in teaching, they are also friendly and caring to all students. Every time we spilled our troubles to either our teachers or the management officers, they tried their best to give us assistance. The facilities there were also complete and well-maintained.
Hence, I don t understand those who wrote foul rubbish in the review section. They are completely NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!
First, not only TARUC had students committed suicide or died in accidents, other universities or colleges also did have.The society can t blame the university for the whole responsibility for these tragedies because there were many other contributing factors that might lead to those tragedies. As university students, we should instead take these tragedies as a sign of warning and remind ourselves that we should maintain good balance between studying time and resting time, and we should be more caring to the friends surrounding us and keep alert to their anomalous behavior.
Second, I remember that all the teachers were busied to remind us to appreciate our lives and feel free to share our problem with them when the news of student suicide broke throughout the nation.
Lastly, TARUC does have certain requirements/threshold for the examination results for all student who have to proceed to their next terms, I think it is very reasonable. Only those who are always preoccupied in things other than their studies would complain about this. Universities prepare professional workforce for the society, but they don t sell certificates to students unless it is a for-profit uni.
In conclusion, I think it is a good experience to study in TARUC.
