The room we stayed at is in need of a makeover. The floors have quarter size holes, furniture looked dirty, the full length mirror had TAPE holding the bottom corner together. There was no mini fridge nor extra pillows in the closet. The existing pillows on the bed were so flat neither one of us got a good night sleep. I was shocked about the quality of the room for what we payed for. When we checked out, I was asked how our stay was and I told your employee "not that great actually" and she gave me a half smile and continued checking me out! She could have cared less!! In the end, we booked through the hotel and still got a dilapidated room. I couldn't imagine what our room looked like if we had booked through a third party. Don't waste your money here.
