I was a guest of this hotel in the days of Easter and Easter Monday 2018: the very well-kept room, very clean and fully functional, the cleaning ladies very attentive; the reception, in my crown, very professional and at the same time friendly put the customer at ease, as well as the staff of the restaurant Tre Olivi starting from the maitre and all the waiters.
Perhaps I see a flaw in the restaurant, fresh food, cooked well by the chef who, according to my point of view, should increase the quantity of the dishes a little and be fast, in fact during my stay the second evening at dinner, after having ate the first one (arrived cold) after 40 min the second had not yet arrived and I decided to leave.
And in this regard, I still want to underline the great professionalism of the maitre and the reception who have done everything, succeeding, to pamper myself. This is why I will definitely return to the Savoy, but not to the Tre Olivi restaurant.
