Such pedantic and bad service. I should have heeded the other reviews here.
Eventually, I moved to another firm as these cowboys are only looking after themselves. They hit you with unnecessary unclear paperwork. And then charge you for processing/rejecting that paperwork. That gives them the oppurtunity to keep on increasing the revenue they make from your case.
