all 5 stars reviews are fake and apparently paid, landlord prefer this way instead of paying for renovation; old furniture, all the things worn off, the year when hotel was build is 2006, since that time no any renovation(!), the area is huge like an airport, if you need something you will spend at least 5-10 minutes to reach the lobby, we were trying to cancel our booking upon we saw the room but of course they said it is impossible(room was smelly, air conditioner barely working, walls, floor, furniture and other stuff are old and worn off, minibar s fridge is old and full of water, even in our last room), after 3 times room upgrading we got something more or less acceptable(thanks to russian manager with her help on 3rd attempt), but hotel is dark and old, as some other reviews said and no any desire to stay there, so we left to other locations for couple days, when we came back government security check doesn t let us get into the area nearby the hotel, cuz from their explanation we didn t have some special sticker on windshield; so, we came to hotel on foot(about 500m) and realized room card doesn t work anymore, went to the lobby to fix it, when we get into to the room electricity doesn t work, no matter which side we were trying to insert the room card it wasn t helpful, technician came and bring another card, meanwhile my wife has got fever so she was waiting while I was going to re-activate the card, then I was calling customer service to fix electricity problem and so on, after that they refuse to bring medicine to the room and it was necessary to go to their so-called medical center All in all waste more than 1 hour.
Don t waste your money and time with this hotel, all you worse expectations will come truth there; if you book it try to cancel, if you don t, don t even think about that, for this price you can find many places in Bali which worth it. Wish you book a nice hotel and have a nice time in Bali!
