Worst management and worst arrogant staff. We booked 10 rooms and have been a diamond member of Hilton from long time, but we receive such treatment where 12 of our guests were kept waiting for 4hrs for check-in because of a silly reason that hotel is busy and rooms were not ready. If you know you have a busy schedule, you should add man power to balance it out. Why a customer should suffer when he pays full for a service, but does not get what we paid for?

Do you really think coming 1 hr early made the wait longer than your 2 hrs of delay in giving out rooms? We knew we came early, that s why we moved out for lunch without any complaints or hesitation. We were told the rooms will be ready in 45mins. When you say check in is 1400 hrs, then why the last room key was received at 16:45hrs? What is an acceptable reason for this delay and how that will be compensated, except the mental frustration is irreversible.
