I am giving the hotel a 5 star rating because of the customer service. Sierra at the front desk was extremely kind and accommodating and Steven Up at Valet went out of his way to provide "must visit" places for me to visit while I was in Portland. I will say for the rate of the room- the room did not meet my expectations. It needed some cosmetic work and the ac was too loud. I would stay here again because they employees were great- which is comforting when you are away from home.
