Customer service only seems to think in favor of the salons.

Just booked a treatment via Treatwell at 11:40 AM to 1:45 PM the same day on my day off. Is canceled half an hour before time again very unfortunate because I was already 2 km away from the salon. Parking money in the center of Amsterdam already paid .. If I had canceled myself, I would have lost my money what a cancellation policy ..

No, certainly not a Treatwell tried enough for me, but apparently I just can't trust it.

Two stars for the good treatments that I have experienced before, I think 1 star is a bit exaggerated.
