I ve stayed in a few hotels in this area of Atlant...

I ve stayed in a few hotels in this area of Atlanta, and the Omni has impressed me the most out of all of them. The first thing that stood out to me is how spacious the rooms are. My boyfriend and I stayed in the South tower. The room had 2 double beds, a large desk, a sitting chair, and a console under the tv (which held the mini fridge and keirug), and there was still plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was also a decent size, although the bathtub/shower was tiny.

The service was also amazing. We had an issue with the first room we were assigned. Our neighbors were extremely loud, and I could hear their conversation word for word through through the walls. (I wish I was exaggerating) We went to the front desk to ask for a room transfer and we we re given one immediately, no questions asked. Every employee we saw in the halls or elevators were very nice and conversational.

The room we had to switch out of was on the 6th floor, and it was one of the rooms that is connected to the one next door. I m not sure if that contributed to the noise or if our neighbors were just obnoxious. We were moved the 15th floor and didn t hear another guest for the rest of our stay. They asked if we would prefer a higher or lower floor at check-in, so if you re given the option I d ask for a higher floor.

Overall, we had a great stay at the Omni and would recommend it to anyone. We didn t really take advantage of any of the services the hotel offers, as we were in the city for an event at the Marriott, but what we did experience was more impressive than any other hotel stay we ve had in that area.
