The customer service at Northside Lexus is superior! Not only is the dealership beautiful, open and immaculate, but everyone was friendly, had a smiling face and positive attitude (despite the COVID-19 pandemic). My salesman was Nick Makrakis. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and answered every question I had about the vehicle and its features with confidence. He didn't try to pressure me into a vehicle or add-ons I wasn't interested in. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he found the vehicle that met my list of wants with a quickness. He made sure before I left the dealership, I understood some of the vehicle's most useful features and tested them out. The Finance Manager, Brent Penn was very thorough and patient as well, in explaining the different options concerning financing and made the process that much smoother. I'm glad I was able to work with Nick on my purchase. Not only do I love the vehicle but Nick was a joy to work with!
