Very nice people. Answered all my questions. Only one weird thing is that they charged an installation fee even though it is already installed. But again, nice people and good customer service. UPDATE: NOT EVEN TWO MONTHS IN AND I DEEPLY REGRET SIGNING A 6 MONTH CONTRACT. THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BY WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEES SAY. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! THEY SAY ONE THING AND DO ANOTHER AND WHEN I WENT TO TRY AND FIX THE ISSUE AFTER MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS BY THE PHONE I WENT IN AND THEY BASICALLY TOLD ME TOUGH LUCK AND USHERED ME OUT THE DOOR. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. "SHE DOESN'T WORK HERE ANYMORE" EXCUSE. PATHETIC.
