This is truly a five star hotel. It first began with Andre the door man, greeting us with the biggest, brightest smile. He assisted with our car being valeted to making sure we were able to check our bags early so we wouldn't miss our showtime. After driving for 4 hours it was definitely refreshing to be treating with such care. The staff at the front desk are very friendly as well. The room was very inviting. Simple streamline decorating with a very comfortable bed and pillows. You can also tell that the room was CLEAN! The bathroom walls/shower are all frosted glass. Do you know how hard it is to keep frosted glass looking clean?! Every sill and corner of the room was dust free. We definitely felt like it was worth the money. We've stayed at more expensive hotels and never received the high caliber of service that we had. The staff really made us feel that they were happy we were there. We will be back!
