I tried to reach them on the telephone over e-mail several times throughout the month of September but nobody ever answered me, I even kept the phone ringing for over 3 hours one day just waiting. Due to me taking advantage of the September 30th extension it wouldn't let me renew my RN license online so I had to mail a check. After 3 weeks of anxiously waiting after I mailed the check I finally saw them deduct my check from my bank account but when I check online my RN license says expired. I couldn't even reach anyone to see if I was allowed to return to work like this. Luckily my facility allows me to return to work with proof that I paid before the September 30th extension date on the check that was deducted from my bank account. I don't understand in the middle of a nursing shortage how they can do this. It's now been 3 weeks since the check deducted and my RN license still shows as expired on the website.
