My family friends and I have been coming here since I can remember. Unfortunately as of recent, Customer service has become beyond rude and condescending. I Had a confrontation over a renewal for a client with a man who works in The back office. I then Had to drive up there during work to deal with the issue first hand bc he refused to resolve anything over the phone. Then I got there and he wouldn't come out so I was stuck explaining the situation again to another person who was equally as rude as the first man I had dealt with. She made me feel about two inches tall by telling me, "OH your that lady, he told me about you" The level of arrogance and hostility I had to deal with just cost the theater a few active contributors and long time attendees and. Mrs Dyer you really need to retrain your box office and back office staff. Try using secret shoppers you will be horrified.
