We came here to return some items we purchased at the Orange Guitar Center, the worker there, Adriana, was extremely helpful and at all times tried to solve the issue, but the manager didn't want to make the return since in our receipt there was no name. Nowhere in Guitar Center's policy it mentions that your name should be on your receipt on order to get a full refund. She insisted in not doing the return, and even agreed that this was her choice over Guitar Center's policy, she even said "I didn't write them".
After calling the costumer service while still there, I got everything returned.
