Absolute shambles............. Like David walliams "computer says noooooooooooo" ruined a birthday gift after assuring me the the new nike trainers at 150.00 a pair would be in the store next day. They all have the fancy ipads walking round suggesting they can do anything and they can't get a pair of trainers from pilsworth to bury!!!! What on earth! Never ever again. The only glimmer of hope is a very nice understandable friendly customer service guy called Michael who did his best. Pitty the whole of this store is not put on the same customer care training programe!
