I don't normally write reviews, but thought this might help some people out that are like myself. After not going to the dentist for longer than I'd care to say, I was a little anxious and nervous to get a check up. Despite the expected poor state of my dental health, Lousa and David were kind and courteous as soon as I walked in and made me feel welcome. They were extremely professional and worked quickly to get me set up. They easily explained the process and it was a smooth process from start to finish.

Marilyn, who assisted Dr. Shermineh Zadeh, was great as she answered my questions and put me at ease after learning it had been quite a long time since my last check up. As for Dr. Zadeh, she's clearly good at her job and knows what she's doing. She explained some issues with my teeth and went over a plan to get some crowns done and much needed cleaning scheduled.

Although not the best news, the overall process was so quick that I was glad to have finally gotten my teeth looked at and was relieved to say the least. If you're like me, hesitating and putting it off, trust me when I say go see Dr. Zadeh and her great staff Encino Dentistry ASAP.
