I went to see the Honda Crosstour (love that car/suv) and was greeted by Gary Ortega! Lucky me! He was friendly, knew plenty about the products and didn't RUSH ME ! I took several days to make up my mind and he was nice and he was very patient; once I made my decision, he introduced me to the finance manager and checked on me while I was in there with Daniel. After the sale he showed me around the facilities, and showed me where to pick up the license plates when they come in; even followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure I was enjoying the vehicle.
