Being new to the cycling world and wanting to do business locally. We decide to give the Cyclery a shot. What a Great experience!! We spoke to Becky, Ethan and Dane over a couple visits and two different locations. All were super nice and very helpful. They all took the time to help us select the right bikes for our needs. They gave us suggestions on equipment to help us get our adventure in cycling started, without any pressure to buy anything. Becky even stayed after hours to help us complete the purchase on a holiday weekend. Customer service is lost these days, but is very alive at The Cyclery. Hope it continues after the sale.
