This company is a nightmare. Our HOA hired them and we have had to deal with their incompetence. We were told our job was easy and would take about 6 weeks. It is now 6 months! We endured 3 additional mold tests until we gained clearance, and they failed to complete the final tasks of painting in a quick manner. They told us certain things would be done at times for us to learn that they were not, they shut off the ac unit without approval, they broke and then lost a cabinet door. They have spent weeks repairing a kitchen cabinet while my husband and I sit and pay a mortgage for a property that should be on the market. With each call, it is as if we ve become a running joke to them. They do not care about people. Do not use them.
