I was there the other day while, waiting for one of my friends who was renting a vehicle, and i witnessed how one of the staff members responsible for renting the cars was giving the poorest and horrendous attitude customer service to a lady that had planned her whole vacation regarding the vehicle she was renting, she was from foreign country and i could tell how the staff member started inventing and raising prices to just make her life impossible.
Terrible staff...
