I was a HouseSmart tenant for more than 6 years. All of the senior property managers are great. The directors are amazing. When there ever was a dispute (usually from miscommunication), as long as I presented my case properly, there's was a favourable outcome. My lease has now ended and I wouldn't hesitate leasing with them again.
