Terry is a lying dishonest person that should not be involved with people trying to do good and adopt rescue animals. She sours the experience. She refused to handle a situation with my app. Process because I was refused to adopt due to not giving enough history on previous dog I owned. When I explained to her he was euthanized at plainfield welfare she told me verbally that was enough but when submited app. They refused me do to not giving complete history of my dogs records and told me I seemed to be hiding something.
