Before I went to work I scheduled an appointment with the service department because my engine light was on and my car had noticeable kickbacks and realized a few hours later that I couldn t make it to the time I chose. I used their chat service online and was told I would get a call from the service department to fix it. I got off of work about 3pm and I didn t get a call, so I decided to go to the dealership and figure things out. I drove up and when it was my turn I explained to Blaine what had happened and right away he said he could take in my car so they could take a look at it! He showed me where the lobby was and told me about the refreshments ( I was dying for some coffee so it was perfect) and told me as soon as he knew what was going on with my car he d let me know. It was about half an hour or so when he came back and told me what they d found told me they need to keep it overnight to find out why it s happening. He had someone drive me home and the next day it was fixed and ready to go by noon! Overall great experience, and so glad it was fixed quickly. Will be going to them for any future repairs and routine maintenance. Thank you!!
