My husband and I were pleased with the pricing. As for the service, very disappointed. We test drove the car on an evening. The salesman was off the following day. As the carfax stated an accident the salesman was not familiar with the vehicles history. I asked him to find out before we purchase the car the next day. He assured me he would even though he was off work that day. He DIDN T!!! I had the take the title from the financial advisor office to him so he could call them. Then I asked about the services that were done ... oil, tire pressurre etc... he did not even tell me what was done or have the motivation to ask. Thankfully the financial advisor stepped out of his way to provide that service for us. Very frustrating.. Then when we left it was raining I couldn t see out of the front window, the person who detailed the car had armoural all over the window which made it greasy and unclear to see the road. A 1/2 mile down the road the tire pressure gauge came on... another frustrating moment. Then lastly the salesman TEXT my cell phone after we left to apologize for the mess which occurred staying someone else didn t do their job. WRONG the salesman didn t do his job or did he have any motivation to provide excellent customer service. This was our first experience with Mays Automotive and will be our last.
