I would not recommend L&B Appliance's repair servi...

I would not recommend L&B Appliance's repair service. They looked at our dishwasher last week and it is going to take a week to get the part, more than a week to get the repair done. I can order the part myself and have it here overnight but they say they will not install a part I order (even though it will be a genuine Whirlpool part), that it would void the warranty on the part. Crazy.
