Make online appointment 2 weeks ago for the repair service due to a recent safety recall notice. Drive 50 min to this place, check in and the service advisor told me that the technician for the repair is not there and I was asked to reschedule to another day.
Very unhappy about the situation that they didn't send any notice or make contact in advance to let me know the repair service is not available that day.
