I've been loyal to PCMC for more than 13 years. i think its time to change for more reputable hospital. I've requested for medical report for my Socso claim and till today after more than a month im still unable to get it. I was told by Record Dept , my attended dr i.e Dr Deepak Sigh was too busy with patients and dont have time to prepare the report. Better change your motto from 'we care' to We Dont Care' instead!
