One rarely has an experience with customer service so good that it makes you consider working at the place but that's exactly what happened to me here.

Not only was the staff (Alexis and Valerie) friendly but they were also very knowledgeable about their products.

I had a ascent that I thought was defective, of course it started working as soon as Alexis touched it, lol. She still went to her tech guy to make sure the power button was working correctly before I left, I wish other places I have to deal with were so thorough.

I also had a return which she accepted and gave me some extra accessories that any ascent user would want on hand.

Awesome product and great staff!
