They say they can deliver 10MB which we pay for, yet I can't even get up to 8, most of the time my download speed sits at about 3-4. Which, by the way, is only when the internet is not completely down (50% of the time). Customer service is laughable, as they haven't even given us a discounted rate for ONE MONTH like they had promised because when we call in to complain about our speeds or complete disconnections they are just baffled and unable to help at all. If you are an online gamer, an avid youtube-r or even just a casual netflix viewer--DO NOT GET THIS INTERNET SERVICE. You will be severely disappointed. 0/10 would rather go back to AT&T internet(jk they suck too).
