This complex is a joke. The management has gone to trash since I moved in(they re nice to get you to move in then don t care afterwards). They asked for high reviews when leaving but if you give them what they deserve, you ll see extra charges and have a hard time leaving. Exactly said from managements mouth when I moved in. That s why I ve waited to post this.

The buildings are falling apart, there s plenty of roaches, awful/inconsistent water pressure, no sound dampening, management doesn t care about their residents, you pay for their weekly bug service but only allow a spray every two weeks, stray cats that poo in front of your building daily. The list could go on...

If you re looking for a cheap complex with the most amenities or even somewhere more livable than a circle k bathroom, keep looking.
