In general this is an alright Ralphs market, but the crew at the Starbucks here are not customer-oriented and I've been rude on several occasions to some of us. In addition the Ralphs employees often get caught up in talking amongst themselves instead of actually checking people out on the register and helping them their jobs, being there for the customers Etc. I experienced not even today and will say that the meat department always is very helpful as is the produce department. Some of the other larger locations have the same issues with inattentive employees that aren't really paying attention or helping out customers. It would be great if they were reminded to actually do their jobs and pay attention.
