Been staying year after year...last two visits our King Suite was not as promised...this last stay our King Suite Kitchenette was a dorm fridge and tiny microwave....no sink. no way to cook. no island seating all items as pictured on the website for room description...room 618 had all mixed matched furniture. The sleeper couch was so sunk in you could not sit in it to put your shoes on....toilet was so close to the shower you had to sit at an angle to use it.....had to argue with Valerie in front of other's to try and get resolution Valerie insisted that we ordered the wrong room....no agreeable resolution. Our reservation was made over six month in advanced at a premium price of 250.00 per night plus taxes and fees attached...... see photos of kitchenette comparison from one year to the next....the photo I pulled from Shepards website as the description of a studio king clearly shows a full sized fridge sink and cooktop.....after 3 times to the front desk and the pictures below I finally got resolve from Lily who made an agreeable resolution to rectify the discrepancy.
