Be careful giving them your info. I decided against this place prior to even walking in the door. Signed up to only receive a copy of their floor plans to see what they had nothing else. Within not even 30 minutes of sending that in they called. No biggie, but was at work so no body answered. So they start blowing up the phone in text messages immediately after saying I need to come in that same day for an appointment. Asking where I want to build, what lot I own if any, and how they can't find I own any property in Galveston. It went from no appointments accepted after 5 to all the sudden they have a appoint at 5:15 that day available. After asking them to stop texting they apologize, and now a new person has started the texting all over again!! if they're this pushy when you ask for a book and barely respond to any of their messages I can only imagine how it would be if I were to go in.
