Very unprofessional. Don t care of tenants. Just collect the money.
Had a flood in my condo in Mississauga caused by their HVAC and Plumber after they performed complete service on our fan coil units. Property management washed off their hands and told me to contact my insurance company.
This case got to be covered by trades insurance, liquidated damages.

That wasn t only the case. Got couple of other cases.
