Found very long hair ( as photo ) . I am very short hair ( hair length approximately 4 cm but found more than 20 cm long hair )

Towel like rag and it us broken !

Phone can t reach receiption !

Go to receiption and your all to them , showed photo

They do not have intentions to changed room , just send one person to come to see the situation and changed towel !!!

Very dis-appointed as they put sign at room - we can make your stay a 10!
