Too many bad experiences here. 1. Fresh coffee isn't available or frequently empty. 2. Can't buy cheesecake until staff is free from surfing Facebook. 3. Food bar items aren't labeled. 4. Staff are cocky. 5. I don't want to type more.

Update: young guy, he may have been the customer service manager (27ish, thin build, black hair) was really helpful Friday 10/26/2018 at 1:45pm. Food bar was labeled and therefore not confusing. Increasing from one star to three stars.
