My husband I just bought our first home and we were lucky enough to be referred to Crown Mortgage by a family member. I always hear about the stresses that come with buying a home especially as a first time home buyer and I have to say this entire process has been completely painless. We worked with Jeff Coole, who I highly recommend! Jeff was able to explain all of the nitty gritty financial details that come with getting a home mortgage and all the steps that come with closing on a home in a way that was really understandable for two people who have absolutely no experience, which we really appreciated. He was also very responsive throughout the closing process with any questions that we had. Also, crown mortgage as a whole works incredibly fast. We found ourselves in a bidding war and because Crown was able to close on our property so quickly our offer was accepted over the other potential buyer. Without their diligence we probably would not be moving into our dream home right now (I m talking just over 2 weeks after we put our offer in we were doing our final walk through)! We feel like we are in good hands with Crown Mortgage.
