The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable - after warming up, we spent a good bit of time reviewing technique and making sure everyone was comfortable before starting the workout. The workout itself was an intense total body routine - 15 minutes of total effort on 4 different exercises including "burpees", jumping rope, snatch lift and dead lift. Highly recommend checking these guys out.
