Slow, non-responsive, ineffectual. Gave me 3 PCNs at the Bridge junction in Wealdstone for turning right where I didn't realise it was prohibited due to unclear signage and road markings, rather than tell me the first time within a few days so I didn't do it again. Blatant money-grabbing on their end because of this. Rubbish everywhere, low quality of general upkeep. Guy on the phone gave me completely made up information about paying PCN, had to check the government website to find out the correct info. Obviously had no idea what he was on about.

In short, the council might as well be staffed by monkeys - would probably get more done and make Harrow a better place to live!
