Ali was amazing. He was very kind, knowledgable and personable. We love our new Tiguan, and will definitely be sticking with Ali and Capliano Volkswagen in the future. This is the 3rd VW lease I have had (the first two were in Ontario) and Ali and the team did an amazing job. Julia was really awesome as well dealing with our credit check and the final details of the lease. Everyone was super friendly, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We walked in Monday morning around 10am to just take a look, and we drove a way in our new car that evening. Amazing job!
