So far I am pleased with this company, I ordered a couple of custom pieces (still waiting for order to ship & arrive) I will have patience since I know this work is all custom. I received an email from the founders of the company which I think is a fantastic idea to do (even if it is an automatic email). I replied to that email and within a couple days, customer service wrote back. I have had no issues contacted the company, the customer service is fast and helpful. I will do another review once I receive my wonderful items. I know I will continue to order items, everything shown on the website are good ideas for around your home. Thanks for all you do!
