Apart from being over priced and totally average food. They really need to improve how they handle food allergies. I placed a order for my family including my peanut allergic child and i informed them of her allergy and was told it was fine. After waiting 1 and a half hours for our food to arrive. It came minus my daughters, kitchen staff informed me that i would need a refund for her meal as the could not guarantee her saftey eating from the kitchen. I was outraged as they could have informed me when i placed the order or shortly after..what was i to do? Have my hungry child watch the rest of the family eat? I ended up having to go across the road to macdonalds so she could eat.
