Had to cancel a car insurance policy when I sold my vehicle and was told I had to wait 45 days to get my refund, broker suggested I send an email to AXA to advise refund should be credited to GlobalEye and he would release the refund immediately to speed up the process. 77 days later and countless emails and messages, still cannot get hold of the broker.
