Purchased a new 2020 silverado trail boss. 3 stars is do to the multiple hiccups along the process regarding forgotten parts ordered to be installed, vehicle not being cleaned or fueled on delivery. Communication could have been more proactive instead of reactive. Salesman himself was 5Star!!! Rest of team seemed to drop the ball. Hoping they can get straightened out to make for what could be an excellent experience.
