They are FANTASMI, INESISTENTI, they have neither phone number nor email nor chat where you can compare, they have the dedicated support area and they don't even give you that service because they don't even answer them!
I sold the bike and in my dedicated area I tried making a change of the vehicle and closed it two or three times with all the required documentation without any result, except that of not seeing my money again and having a person who turns it out with my insurance!
When from the moment they receive the deed of sale they should immediately close the policy by sending you the confirmation by e-mail and then proceed with the packing in the 10 days from the date of loss of possession.
So spend 50 or 100 euros more but DO NOT insure it with them!
They steal your money and if you need it you won't find anyone!
Now all that remains is the COMPLAINT from the carabinieri and the merchant association !!
DON'T MAKE THE ERROR THAT I DID AND MANY OTHERS !!!
