Service is a positive differentiator from the competition. What a company that offers high-priced products on the controversial hardware market is certainly of importance.
This market can not be exceptionally high-margin if AVM does not generate enough profit to build up a customer-friendly telephone service and telephone product advice.
I guess I just came across the same advisor as the author before me.
This service invalid in the product advice did not even manage to listen to my problem and the resulting need, but strangled me as quickly as possible. Even when I approached him on a product that could possibly solve my problem, I was dismissed with the statement that this product did not exist in the portfolio of AVM. About 30 minutes before my call, I saw the product on their website. In addition, I made clear already owning various expensive products of the company and want to expand my ownership in this area. With the sentence "It is better if we end the conversation at this point" I was left clearly perplexed.
This behavior was inappropriate not only because of the reasons described above, but also because I am one of the quite friendly customers who do not want to make the life of the phone service by disrespect still serious.
Even with the German railway one finds more customer service and professionalism, whereby this is hardly existent in most cases.
