Company is hard to reach. When you ask to speak with supervisors the reps politely decline you this option. Spoke with rep who provided instruction for dealership on how to resolve issue to get a claim paid but when claim was denied they indicated the original call never happened (yet it shows on my phone and there were people with me who listened to the call). Horrible customer service.
